A BIG Thank YOU from friends in Toronto!

Hello Juan, my name is Sandra Spencer and I emailed you back in February as you helped me solidify my hotel booking for a cruise vacation that I was going on with 6 other guests. With your great hospitality and responsiveness to my questions and requests, I couldn't refuse and my friends and I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel on July 14 & 15. Your hotel is exactly what I saw on your website, it felt like I had already been there before. Extremely clean and a great atmosphere to be in. We were greated by Rafael and he took care of all my needs and wants. He is a wonderful person indeed. Your breakfast staff ladies including José (I believe that was his name) was so warm to us and helpful... I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at your hotel. We even bought a couple of your books as some of us started reading it on our trip. IBefore we left your hotel we felt we already knew you just by reading bits of your book. You are truly and wondeful and spirtual person and we loved how you expressed the importance of family. I wished we had the opportunity to have met you.

Thank you very much for giving us your place to stay at and I hope I will be able to come back again very soon. I have planned another cruise trip next year and I will definitely be in touch with you in the near future.

Its location is definitely one of its major assets—the Milano is situated in the heart of the city on La Fortaleza Street, within walking distance to everything in the district.
