* For some periods during High Season two nights minimum for Fridays and Saturdays is required , please check with us. One night deposit is required for confirmation. For "Full" or "Queen Bed Rooms" we allow two adults. For "Double/Double Rooms" we allow two adults and two children under the age of 12. In Double/Double Rooms there is a charge of $15.00 during Low Season for each person over the age of 12 in excess of two adults, up to a maximum of 4 persons. During High Season the surcharge is $ 20.00 p/p. Availability and Reservations You may request rates and availability directly from Milano Hotel by calling our toll free number 1-877-7299050. You will be confirmed after we charge you for the first night. Any change or cancellation must be made more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date to get refund (less 10% for administrative expenses). Early check out prior of departure day carries a $50.00 charge. If you make reservations for our Hotel through other Internet sites or agencies, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information you may receive. Please Note: Room rates increase when there is a demand in the market. Special Events, citywide conventions, and high-demand weekends cause these changes.
