For the one full or queen bed rooms we allow two adults, for the two doubles we allow two adults and two children under 12 years old, there is a charge of $15.00 for each person over 12 in excess of  two adults up to a maximum of 4 persons in the double doubles.

Availability and Reservations

You may request rates and availability directly from Milano Hotel by calling our toll free number 1-877-7299050. You will be confirmed and guaranteed immediately. If any issues arise that need attention, we will be there to assist you. Any change or cancellation must be made more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date to avoid charges. Early check out prior of departure day carries a $50.00 charge.

If you make reservations for our Hotel through other Internet sites or agencies, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information you may receive.

Please Note: Room rates increase when there is a demand in the market. Special Events, citywide conventions, and high-demand weekends cause these changes. You can be assured that we are always looking at the market to make sure we maintain the best value available in the marketplace. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to this property. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid charges any cancellation must be made with more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date, except Christmas period. From December 20th. to January 4th. any cancellation must be made more than seven days prior to arrival date to avoid charges.
